If you have completed a gift-aid form for donations to the Church, the PCC holds your name and address and a record of your donations so that the PCC can meet HMRC requirements to claim gift-aid.
If you are on the electoral roll of the Church, the PCC holds your name and address so that the PCC can comply with its legal duties.
