Peter will examine their different types, shapes and colours, how they are formed and where they are found. He will explain De Beers’ role in making diamonds the preferred precious jewel of choice.

Peter’s involvement with diamonds started when he joined the newly-formed De Beers Research Centre in Maidenhead.

Arrive 6.30pm for Prosecco and canapés.   The talk follows at 7pm.
