Richard Bampfield is one of 415 Masters of Wine in the world and has been immersed in the world of wine since leaving university with a French degree in 1981. He works for wine producers around the world, particularly in France, and is best known in the UK for being the face of wine in Lidl, where he is behind the scores and tasting notes.
Trinity Talks are held at Bel and The Dragon in Cookham High Street on the third Monday of the month (usually) and celebrate the talents of people living in Cookham and its environs. They are fund- raising events for Holy Trinity Church. Everyone is welcome, but capacity is limited and it is advisable to check in advance.
