DESCRIPTION:Trinity Talks are back after an extended summer break with a talk from Chairman of the Cookham Festival Derek Bond at Bel and The Dragon. He will reveal stories behind the planning and execution of the Cookham Festival 2022 and the challenges faced in the eye of the COVID 19 storm. In doing so\, he will illustrate how his life-long involvement in events in both a voluntary and professional capacity helped build and coordinate a team and how\, as a community\, we delivered 50 events in 17 days\, punching above our weight and provided opportunities to further support the arts in Cookham in 2022 and beyond.\nThe Talks are held at Bel and The Dragon in Cookham High Street on the third Monday of the month (usually) and celebrate the talents of people living in Cookham and its environs. These are fund-raising events for Holy Trinity Church. Everyone is welcome\, but capacity is limited and it is advisable to check in advance. Places at £20 each can be reserved by email (stephaniediggon@hotmail.com) or by phone on 01628 527465. Pay cash on arrival from 6.30pm at Bel and The Dragon for Prosecco and canapés\, the talk starts at 7pm and finishes around 8pm.
